To redeem your Reward through Tillys.com or the Tillys mobile app, log into your Tillys Rewards account before checking out and enter the Reward(s) and PIN in the gift card section.

Yes you can. You have to purchase through the store to receive it. In order to place an online order from home and receive your employee discount, you have to call customer service (aka helpdesk).
